Yep, that is me, coming from Finland, known by the name Mikko Tikkanen and writer of the Mint Usability blog. The blog originally started in the beginning of 2007 (at Blogger) as a place which could house and offer easy access to my concepts, thoughts and the like. Since then, the blog kinda naturally evolved to cover also the usability news, since usability and user interfaces are my hobby and profession.
Education wise, I’m doing my bachelor thesis about user interface design, though I have years of work experience as user interface/usability designer and have been studying the matter for years. Lastly, I’ve been user interface designer in Patria, designing and manufacturing user interfaces for military solutions.
